Organized by the *Cercle Nautique Martinais*, this event draws large crowds every year.

A day dedicated to the flavors of the ocean

The *Fête du Coquillage* celebrates local producers and the maritime expertise of the Île de Ré.

Oysters, mussels, clams, and other coastal specialties are available for tasting throughout the day.

It is the perfect opportunity to discover the flavors of the Île de Ré in an authentic setting, right in the heart of one of the Atlantic coast's most beautiful harbors.

A festive atmosphere at the port of Saint-Martin-de-Ré

Beyond the tastings, the *Fête du Coquillage* is, above all, a time for sharing and community. Lively terraces, live music, and conversations with producers create a wonderfully convivial atmosphere.

The setting of the Saint-Martin-de-Ré harbor with its distinctive facades, sailboats, and bustling quays adds extra charm to this event, which has become a must-visit highlight of the island.
