Lovely chilled pretty property.
We loved our self catering suite. A home away from home.
A special mention to Enzo who looked after us and was very efficient with any questions we had etc. location
W didn’t mind having no cleaning service as it’s better to be left alone during the day with this type of holiday.

Stayed for the second time earlier this month. Lovely hotel with super friendly staff, clean rooms and amazing location. Recommend hiring a bike and exploring the island and its amazing beaches and towns.

Brilliant time with our family at this gorgeous hotel. Location amazing right on the beach. Stayed in the villa with our kids and was lovely and big and very nicely decorated. The staff were very helpful especially Nathan who went above and beyond to make our stay was a fantastic one- particularly good with out 3 young kids 😀

We stayed here for two nights and we took a premium room. We were surprised to find out that we had to pay extra for a parking slot, for sauna / per day. No swimming pool, no gym.
The restaurant was good. The food was delicious and excellent service.

We booked via booking.com - I think all misunderstandings are coming from the description there, which stated: "Elegance Suites Hôtel offers a heated outdoor swimming pool..." and "This hotel offers free access to the spa, equipped with a sauna, hammam, jacuzzi..".
Indeed I used the spa on the first day for 10 min. Next day, I asked via phone if I could visit the spa again and was told it would cost 15€.
Same about the parking, we were told by one of your colleagues - we have to pay. Unfortunately, we didn't receive a detailed receipt therefore we don't know what was included or not.
