We stayed in a spa suite at the Hotel Plaisir.
This establishment is anything but a 4-star hotel.
The suite consists of a living room with French doors and a small, windowless alcove bedroom. The walk-in shower isn't very wide. And the toilet is tiny (you have to stand on one side of the bowl to close the door). The amenities and decor are extremely basic. The overall condition of the room is truly mediocre. One odd thing is that the hotel reception is located across the street, about 100 meters away. It's a shame they don't inform guests of this before their arrival.
The common areas (restaurant, terrace, and garden) are pleasant and well-maintained.
Therefore, a "pseudo" suite priced at €300 for one night in September seems to me to be anything but good value for money.
