quality approach to value our region's

The numerous labels and the certifications
of which we are holders are a guarantee of our seriousness and our professionalism
in each of the domains that they represent. That is why we suggest you knowing
them better to know to what they correspond.

the lodging houses around the same
idea of their profession. The conception

Labels
lodging houses are devided in three
categories, according to a rigorous
classification including more than
200 criteria. He takes into account
the comfort of the hotel, the quality
of the table and the service, without
forgetting the surroundings and
environment.
- 1 cheminée means : a simple comfort, a
good table, an excellent value for your money. - 2 cheminées means
: a hotel of good comfort, a delicious cooking, the whole at the best price.
- 3 cheminées means : establishment of an excellent comfort,
with a popular cooking and attentive services.

cocotte : a generous cooking which emphasizes regional recipe and of tradition,
served in as simple, warm and friendly surrounding.
2 cocottes :
a comfortable restaurant and an attentive service to discover a greedy cooking
which invites in the discovery of our regions.
3 cocottes : an
elegant restaurant which proposes you a gastronomic, sophisticated, and creative
table, which values the art of cooking and a very well kept service. All the pleasures
of the table.

"Restaurateurs
de France" is the only official label recognized by the state to restoring it
independent. Created by the restaurant owners themselves. It translates the professional

title of "maître restaurateur" delivered by the "Préfet" allows the recognition
